Kickstart Your Heart and join us for this 14 day all inclusive fitness challenge through the Heartland of the United States. Our goal - to motivate those people with disabilities (physical or intellectual) to MOVE for 14 days. All workouts apply - walk, run/roll, bike, handcycle,push in your wheelchair, dance, do yoga, etc, etc, etc!!
Registration is free. Donations are appreciated, but not required at all.
Exercise anywhere you want. Then log activity and see your minutes, moves or miles as they are added to our totals. You can also see how you stack up individually.
We've got participants from all over, so to keep everyone on the same page, we've got some handy guidelines.
1. We rely on the honor system. You don't have to use a fitness tracker or device to prove your activity.
2. Only include intentional exercise - meaning minues, moves or miles intentionlly done to workout for a specific amount of time.
3. Please attribute your activity to the appropriate day. Don't combine totals for multiple days. You are able to backdate your activity.
